Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: the person who signs in and places and pays for an order on ilyverse.com. The buyer's name, email and contact details are kept in the order record.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations for the sale and delivery of ilyverse's personal, password-protected website (“world”) design and publishing service. At payment, the buyer confirms having read and accepted this agreement and the Pre-Information Form.

3. Service, price and payment

Extras: 48-hour express delivery (Our World and Forever World only) +499 TL / +$15; your own .com address, or one extra year of it, +499 TL / +$15. The binding price is always the one shown on the order page and in your order summary; all prices include taxes.

The scope of the service is the dream the buyer describes in the order form together with the plan ilyverse presents in writing and the buyer approves. Payment is made in full, through the payment link sent after approval, via a secure payment provider.

4. Performance and delivery

  • The preparation time starts once payment is confirmed and the buyer has sent all files needed for the build.
  • The world is delivered to the buyer's account and email as a link and password, together with a downloadable copy the buyer can keep.
  • Within the rounds of changes included in the package, the buyer may request changes within the approved plan. New games, features or sections outside the plan are quoted separately.

5. How long your world stays online

A delivered world stays online at no extra cost for as long as the ilyverse service exists. If the service ever ends, ilyverse will give at least 90 days' notice and provide the downloadable copy again. The first year of the .com address in Forever World is included; later years are optional and charged separately. If a .com address is not renewed, the world remains available on its ilyverse address. On request, the domain can be transferred to the buyer.

6. Buyer's responsibilities

  • The buyer confirms they have the right to use the photos, videos, voices and texts they send, and that the people who appear in them know and agree.
  • The buyer may not send unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, harassment or threats, or any inappropriate content involving children; ilyverse may refuse to use such content.
  • The buyer is responsible for sharing the world's password only with the person it is made for.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

Because the service is prepared according to the buyer's requests and personal needs and work begins with the buyer's explicit consent before the withdrawal period ends, there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts. The buyer acknowledges this at payment and explicitly consents to immediate performance. ilyverse's voluntary refund terms are set out in the Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of this agreement.

8. Force majeure

Where events beyond the parties' control (natural disasters, widespread outages of infrastructure providers, etc.) prevent performance, deadlines are postponed for the duration of the event, and ilyverse informs the buyer without delay.

9. Disputes

This agreement is governed by Turkish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the buyer's country of residence. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the announced monetary limits. Please contact [email protected] first.

10. Entry into force

The agreement is formed when the buyer approves it electronically at payment. A copy is sent to the buyer's email with the order confirmation.

For buyers in Türkiye, the Turkish version of this text prevails.
